CZ Toys & Games, operated by Chillax Zone Entertainment, LLC, began in 2022 as a small, community-driven idea — hosting gaming events, selling collectibles online, and trying to bring something new to Bedford.
We didn’t start with a big budget or a perfect plan. We just showed up, worked hard, and kept building.
Over time, people kept coming back. Events got bigger. Sales picked up. The community grew. By 2024, we opened our first storefront.
Once the doors opened, something clicked. The shop wasn’t just a place to buy cards or games — it became a place to hang out, meet new people, play for hours, bring your kids, and be part of something.
And before long… the space couldn’t keep up.
The truth is — we didn’t just grow. We outgrew the space.
What started as a small shop turned into a full-on community hub, with packed events, full tables, and a steady stream of people coming through the doors.
And while that’s exactly what we set out to build, it also means it’s time for the next step.
We believe a game store should be more than a store.
It should be a place where people feel welcome, friendships are built, families can spend time together, and everyone — no matter their background — has a seat at the table.
That’s what CZ has become. And that’s what we’re building forward into the next chapter.

Stephen is the one making everything run behind the scenes — inventory, systems, logistics, events, and the day-to-day operations that keep the business moving.
With over 20 years of experience across retail, sales, and management, he’s the one who turned a small idea into something scalable.
Autumn is the reason the store feels the way it does.
She focuses on customer experience, community outreach, and making sure everyone who walks in feels comfortable being there.
From events to atmosphere to how people are treated, she’s at the heart of what makes CZ more than just a store.
Jon keeps the energy going — handling sales, inventory flow, and day-to-day interactions with customers and vendors.
With years of experience in retail and logistics, he helps keep the shelves stocked, the deals moving, and the community engaged.
CZ grew because the community kept showing up. Now we’re searching for a new home with more room to play, shop, gather, and grow.
